These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website eduglobez.com and all services provided by Tanacet Solutions LLP , including education advisory, overseas admissions support, and allied offerings. By accessing our Website or executing any digital agreements, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If the student is under 18, their parent or legal guardian is deemed the primary signatory and is fully bound by all clauses listed herein.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website eduglobez.com (“Website”) and all services provided by Tanacet Solutions LLP (“Tanacet” or “Company”), including education advisory, overseas admissions support, and allied offerings. By accessing our Website or executing any digital agreements, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If the student is under 18, their parent or legal guardian is deemed the primary signatory and is fully bound by all clauses listed herein.

  1. Agreement Structure & Digital Validity
    All service engagements are governed under a digitally executed Student Service Agreement, legally valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Execution via tools such as Zoho Sign is considered binding. Physical signatures or stamp paper are not required.

  2. Scope of Services
    Tanacet offers structured guidance for higher education admissions, including:
  • Counselling and academic profiling
  • University shortlisting and application assistance
  • Support with SOPs, LORs, and visa documentation
  • Referral coordination with test prep, travel, accommodation, insurance, and forex partners
  • Post-admit engagement and support

Service inclusions depend on the selected package and are detailed in the respective Annexure of the Service Agreement.

  1. Student Responsibilities
    By engaging Tanacet, students/parents agree to:
  • Submit truthful and accurate academic and personal information
  • Respond to critical documentation requests within 24 hours
  • Use designated formats and timelines for sharing documentation
  • Avoid withholding details or engaging other consultants without disclosure
  • Bear costs for third-party services unless expressly covered in the agreed plan

Non-cooperation or repeated delays may result in service discontinuation without refund.

  1. Role of Tanacet & Service Limitations
    Tanacet functions as an independent advisory facilitator. It does not:
  • Guarantee admission or visa approval
  • Influence immigration authorities or institutional policies
  • Promise scholarships, job placements, or course availability
  • Bear responsibility for intake changes or external decision delays
  • Guarantee price on website due to regular changes by education partners

Students must perform due diligence in evaluating program options, even with advisory inputs.

  1. Confidentiality & Data Use
    Tanacet pledges to maintain strict confidentiality of all student data and documentation, shared only with:
  • Delivery partners and university aggregators (on a need-to-know basis)
  • Legal or regulatory bodies, if required
    Data storage is encrypted and adheres to Tanacet’s Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights
    All content provided by Tanacet—including templates, SOP frameworks, interview prep, and training guides—is proprietary. Students may not reproduce or distribute this content without written consent.

  2. Communications & Timelines
    All official communication is routed via email, WhatsApp, or integrated CRM systems.
    Students must confirm decisions or milestones in writing.
     Delays caused by student indecision, missed deadlines, or non-responsiveness are not the responsibility of Tanacet.

  3. Fees, Taxes & Invoicing
    Fees are payable upfront or per milestone as agreed.
  • Applicable taxes including GST will be charged per current regulations.
  • Tax invoices will be issued.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable unless due to billing errors.

  1. Cancellation & Refunds
    Refund requests will not be entertained:
  • Once services have been initiated
  • If admission, visa, or scholarship are rejected
  • Due to false disclosures or inactivity by the student
    Special refunds (billing errors, technical issues) may be reviewed upon written request and will be processed within 15 business days after validation.

  1. Termination Clauses
    Tanacet may terminate services without refund under the following circumstances:
  • Submission of false documents
  • Prolonged non-response despite reminders
  • Student misconduct or reputational harm to Tanacet
    Any dues till the point of termination remain payable.

  1. Indemnity & Legal Boundaries
    Students/parents shall indemnify Tanacet against:
  • Legal or financial impact caused by false submissions
  • Third-party disputes or rejections
  • Violations of this agreement’s obligations

  1. Third-Party Services & Referrals
    Tanacet may recommend external providers for test prep, travel, accommodation, or allied needs. These are referrals only; students assume all commercial and legal responsibility for such engagements.

  2. Non-Solicitation Agreement
    Students/parents agree not to directly engage or solicit Tanacet’s internal experts, trainers, or delivery partners for 12 months after service completion without prior written consent.

  3. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    This agreement is subject to the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Disputes shall be addressed through mutual dialogue, failing which arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 will be conducted.

  4. Force Majeure Clause
    Tanacet shall not be held liable for service delays or failures caused by:
  • Natural disasters, cyber incidents, war, civil unrest, pandemics, embargoes, or strikes
    Such events absolve both parties from liability for the duration of the disruption.
  1. Policy Amendments & Validity
    Terms may be updated with written notification. Amendments are applicable to all future engagements. If any clause is unenforceable, remaining clauses remain valid.

  2. Governing Language
    All legal interpretation, records, and communication shall be in English.

  3. Declaration of Acceptance
    By digitally signing the Service Agreement:
  • The student confirms they are of legal age and have read and accepted all terms
  • The parent confirms they are signing for a minor student and assume full responsibility.
